Plain summary: we collect your name, email, and anything you choose to tell us when you fill in a contact form. We use it to reply to you and deliver the work you've asked for. We don't sell your data. You can ask for a copy or have it deleted at any time.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Dynamo Wheel (ABN 80 935 525 717), based in the Hawkesbury area of Sydney, Australia. Throughout this policy "Dynamo Wheel", "we", and "us" refer to that legal entity.

For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected] .

2. What information we collect

We only collect what we need to do business with you.

  • Contact details you submit through the contact form or by email: name, business, email, phone, and the message you send us.
  • Project information shared with us during the briefing process. This may include details about your business, customers, and current marketing. It is held in confidence.
  • Anonymous analytics about how the site is used, including page views, referrer, country, and device type. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not set tracking cookies or identify individual visitors.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and carry out the work you have asked for
  • Send occasional follow-up emails relevant to the work, where you have asked for them or it is reasonable in the context
  • Improve the website and the service based on aggregated, anonymous analytics
  • Comply with our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.

4. Tools and processors we use

We use a small set of well-known third-party tools to run the business. Each one only sees the information it needs to do its job.

  • Netlify hosts this website and serves it to visitors
  • GoHighLevel is our CRM and business automation platform, used to receive contact form submissions and manage client communications
  • Plausible provides anonymous, cookie-free site analytics

Some of these providers store data outside Australia (typically in the EU or US). We only use providers with appropriate security and data-handling commitments.

5. Cookies

We don't use marketing cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The analytics tool we use does not set cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep contact-form submissions and project-related material for as long as it is reasonably needed to deliver the work and meet our legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax records). After that we delete or de-identify the records.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. We'll do so unless we're legally required to keep it.

7. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us to:

  • Show you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete it (subject to any legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing communications, at any time

Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure. Hosting and form data are transmitted over HTTPS. We use multi-factor authentication on all administrative tools.

No system is perfect. If we ever experience a data incident that affects you, we will notify you in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

9. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please reach out via the contact form or email [email protected] so we can sort it out directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page tells you when.
