When someone searches for a tradie, a physio, a mechanic or any other local service, Google shows them a map and three local results before it shows them any websites. That's the Local Pack, and it's what gets the calls.
Getting into the Local Pack comes down to three things: relevance (your profile matches the search), proximity (you're nearby), and prominence (you have more reviews, more recent reviews, and more activity on your profile than the next business).
Prominence is the one you can directly control. Fresh reviews and an active profile are what move you up.

How do the review requests work?
After each job, a short message goes to your customer asking them to leave a review. It links directly to your Google profile so there is no friction. I monitor incoming reviews, flag anything worth your attention, and write replies on your behalf. The result is a steady flow of fresh reviews rather than a burst at the start and nothing for the next six months.

The Get Found plan ($199/mo + GST) includes: review requests sent automatically after each job, monitoring and replies to all new reviews, regular Google posts and photo updates, website hosting and small edits, and a monthly report covering reviews received, calls, website clicks and ranking position. Up to 100 review messages per month are included.
What does Get Found+ add?
Get Found+ ($349/mo + GST) includes everything in Get Found, plus a higher message allowance (up to 250 per month), more frequent posts and seasonal campaigns, and a new service or suburb page added to your website each month. Useful for businesses that want to keep expanding the pages they rank for.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-off setup fee of $295 + GST covers connecting your Google profile, optimising it off the keyword research, setting up the review system, and running the first review campaign. The setup fee is waived if you are also having a new website built.
Do I need a new website to start the monthly plan?
No. You can start the plan with your existing website. I manage the Google profile and keep the website hosted and updated. If your site is not working well, I will flag it, but the plan runs independently.
