Common questions

Pricing questions

Do I need both the build and the monthly plan?

No. You can have just the build, or start with just the monthly plan on your existing website. Most clients take both because a site on its own goes stale and the monthly plan is what keeps the phone ringing long-term. But the choice is yours.

Is there a lock-in contract on the monthly plans?

No. Cancel any time. The first month is set-up intensive so there is a one-off setup fee ($295 + GST), but after that you are not locked in. If the results aren't there, you leave.

Is the setup fee always charged?

The plan setup fee is $295 + GST one-off. It is waived if you are also paying for a new website build at the same time, because the setup work is already covered in the build.

Can I upgrade from Get Found to Get Found+?

Yes, at any time. Just let me know and I'll switch you over at the next billing cycle.

What if I have multiple locations?

Pricing is per location. For multiple locations, get in touch and I will put together a quote.

What do the "from" prices on the builds mean?

They are the floor for a simple job. A small tradie site with two or three service pages is at the lower end. More pages, more locations, more complexity moves the price up. I'll quote you accurately once I know what's involved.

What is the Rebooking Engine?

An automated follow-up system that brings past customers back for repeat appointments, servicing or bookings. It suits any business where customers naturally return after a set period, like servicing, beauty, dental or maintenance. Pricing starts from $299/mo + GST plus setup from $750 + GST.
